This privacy policy describes the policies and process on the collection, use and protection of your information when you use ZIGJO platform. Please read this policy before using the ZIGJO platform. ZIGJO is designed to provide a secure employee collaboration platform for organizations. We never collect or store any sensitive information regarding users. Also we do NOT share, sell, rent or monetize your data or content in any way to third party service or providers.

DEVICE RESOURCES

a) Phone Contacts : We do NOT require access to contacts for the core functionality of the app as users are respective company employees and not personal contacts.

b) Camera : Access to camera is required only when capturing & sending images is used inside a task. Image sent is not visible / accessible outside of specific task context.

c) Microphone : Access to microphone is required only when recording & sending audio messages is used. Message sent is not visible / accessible outside of specific task context.

d) Location : Regular users do NOT need location permission for usage of the app. Optional access to location is required only for users using trip tracking / attendance feature, that too after providing explicit permission. When the trip tracking feature is ON, this app collects location data to enable & prepare trip reports even when the app is closed or not in use.

e) Cookies : We do NOT use cookies on our platform.

f) Banner Ads / Ad SDK usage : We do NOT use Advertisement frameworks / SDKs in our platform.

g) SMS & Call Logs : We do NOT use or access SMS & call logs of your mobile.

h) Device Logs : We do NOT upload device logs to the server. We request respective users to share logs only when a specific issue reported by the user needs to be troubleshooted.

i) Location Logs : We do NOT upload location logs to the server. We request respective users to share location logs only when a specific issue reported by the user needs to be troubleshooted.

PERSONAL DATA

a) Basic Details : You use a mobile number for the purpose of account creation. You may optionally add name and profile picture which are not mandated by platform and adding these optional details are left to the discretion of your employer.

b) Personal Sensitive Data : We do not DOT collect personal details of users like Date of Birth / Gender / Address / ID Proof / Education details.

c) Financial Details : We do NOT collect credit card / payment details of users as no payment related features are supported by the app.
 
d) 3rd party providers : We do NOT engage or share our customers data with 3rd party providers.


USERS & MESSAGES


a) User Registration : Access to the platform is strictly via invite by respective company admins thereby controlling the users getting enrolled into the platform. This also helps in eliminating spam messages and unsolicited messages coming into the platform as all users are respective company employees.

b) Access Level : Platform supports different levels of access for users such as Admin / Manager / Lead / Employee thereby controlling access to features.

c) Task & Messages : Only participants inside a task can view messages sent inside a task. No one else outside can view messages including admins.
